Delivery Information

Delivery fees:

Enjoy $10.95 postage and packaging Nationwide for all orders (excluding extra bulky or large orders).
Please note that the price may vary for either extra bulky items or extra large orders which are over the maximum size allowance for us to send them with Australia post.  If this is the case, your order will be referred to our sales team to obtain a freight quote.  Delivery charges only apply to orders within Australia. 

Delivery fees for Gift Cards:

We do not charge for delivery of our Gift Cards when purchased as a single item.

Bulky or Bulk Orders:

Our online system will only accept orders for up to a certain size.  If your order exceeds the maximum dimensions for our standard carrier - Australia Post, it will be referred to our Customer Service Team for a personalised freight quote.  We have competitive rates through a variety of alternative carriers so we will contact you within 24 hours (business hours) with a price to have your order delivered.  If the freight quote is acceptable to you, you can proceed to the checkout and make payment for your order.  If it is unacceptable to you, you can simply cancel the order at this time or contact us for further information.

Tracking your order

If you have created a Pillow Talk account, you can login to see how your order is progressing by looking at your Order History.

When your order has been despatched from our warehouse you will be sent an E-mail such as that below from Australia Post giving you the option to opt in to receive ongoing track event updates.  If you would like to trace your parcel you need to click on the subscribe link in the email after which Australia Post will provide you with track event updates as your order proceeds thru their system and gets delivered to you. If you choose not opt in by not clicking on the subsribe link then Australia Post will respect your decision and not send any track event updates to you. If you do not receive this please check your junk and spam mail boxes.

Delivery:

You will be required to sign to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office will leave a card to notify you that the goods can be collected from your nearest post office. 

Delivery to Rural and Remote Areas:

Please note that normal Australia Post delivery procedures apply for customers living in rural and remote areas.  Should Australia Post not provide delivery service to your door it will be received in the usual manner,  whether that be via a roadside delivery, collection from your local Australia Post outlet or from a Post Office Box.

How long will delivery take?

If the stock is readily available we aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 7 days of receipt.  Depending on where you live, delivery to most areas of Australia you will take 2-5 working days via Australia Post. A Pillow Talk employee will contact you should there be any delays.

Invoice:

A printed tax invoice will be included with your delivery. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.

Sending your order to a different delivery address:

We are happy to dispatch your order to a different delivery address to the billing address.  Kindly complete the different shipping details as you proceed to the checkout.  Please note that if a different receipient name and delivery address is supplied we will not include a copy of the printed tax invoice with details of cost in with the parcel but will assume that the purchase may be a gift.  We will therefore email you a copy of the invoice for your records, please retain this as proof of purchase, and include a packing slip with no cost details in with the parcel.

Can I have my order posted overseas?

Although you can purchase via this website from anywhere in the world, you currently require a delivery address within Australia.
