We welcome our existing Pillow Talk Customers back to our new look website.  Please note you will need to create a new account for our new online store.

Visit any of our 30 stores throughout Queensland and New South Wales.  Please see our Store Locations to find your nearest Pillowtalk store.

By Phone:

Call 1800 630 690 nationwide to place a phone order. Our friendly customer service team are happy to assist you Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.  Please take note of the product codes shown and use this information when talking to the sales assistant.  On weekends our number will divert to one of our stores who are happy to serve you Saturday 9 am to 4 pm and Sunday 10.30 am to 4pm.

Email you order to us at ptinternetsales@ptpl.com.au . Please provide product codes of what you require, the mailing address and your contact details.  You will be contacted to arrange payment.

Online:

Order online with our new and improved online shopping service.

Purchasing Online:

•  Browse our product lines through the links Bedroom, Bathroom, Living, Kids and Catalogue and select your desired items by typing in the size and quantity required and clicking on "add to bag".
• Once completed click on "view bag" to review your selections.
•  Review your order and if correct, select Continue to checkout
• You will now be prompted to fill in your personal and delivery details, if you are a new customer please complete this form. Existing Pillow talk customers, log in using your user name and password to retrieve your saved details.
• Once complete Click on "confirm order and pay now".
• Select your payment method from either our secure credit card facility, PayPal, or BPAY.
• Your order is complete, you will be emailed an order confirmation.
