[WASHING_INST]Launder sparingly - Air & fluff frequently. Gentle machine wash in warm water with minimal detergent. Spin on low speed. Line dry with frequent turning & shaking to restore loft. To ensure the fill is dry, put in tumble dryer on warm to hot with a tennis ball for at least 1 hour. Please ensure pillow is completley dry before reuse. May be dry cleaned. Do not use harsh detergents, bleach, soak or wring. If the feather down fill have compacted, ensure that you fluff them before popping them back on the bed to get the best experience. TIP - Top loader machines wash 2 pillows to balance.

    How long will delivery take?

    We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Public Holidays) of receipt. Please note that we are a Brisbane based company, so depending on where you live, delivery to most areas of Australia will take 2-5 working days after dispatch (WA & NT may take 7-12 working days).

    Click & Collect is available in all Pillow Talk stores. With this free service, you can order by 12pm and collect any time after 3pm on the same day.

    Simply select Click & Collect in the cart during the checkout process. We will notify you via SMS and email when your order is ready for collection.

    We want you to shop with confidence at Pillow Talk, knowing that you can return your purchase if you change your mind.

    We will provide you with an exchange or refund in any of our stores or via post if:

    • You have proof of purchase (either the Tax Invoice sent with your order confirmation or Packing Slip sent with your parcel).
    • You purchased the product in the last 30 days.
    • The product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels and has not been washed, worn or used.
