What benefits do I receive if I am a Privilege Club member?
When you sign up to our Privilege Club program, you will receive a number of benefits in store, including:

 

- 15% off full-priced items on your first purchase after becoming a member

- 10% off full-priced items on each purchase

- 5% off already reduced items on each purchase

- VIP offers and exclusive access to flash sales

- A special gift on your birthday

 

 

 

How do I sign up to become a Privilege Club member?
You can easily join our Privilege Club online during registration of a new account. Already have an account online with us? Simply opt-in to receive benefits during the checkout process, or by updating your profile when you are logged in!

What information do I have to provide in order to become a member?
In order to sign you up, we will take a number of details from you, including your name, email address, phone number and home address. We would also love you to provide your date of birth, so that we can send you a special gift for your birthday, although this is optional.

Are my personal details safe?

Does it cost me anything to become a member?
Our Privilege Club is completely free to join!

Do I need to carry a Privilege Club card to receive my benefits?
No you don’t! If you would prefer not to bring your card with you, or forget to bring it with you, our helpful team members can look you up in our system to ensure you still receive your benefits.

How do I redeem Privilege Club offers?
Simply present your card in store (or let staff know that you’re a Privilege Club member) and your discounts will be automatically applied to your purchase. If you don’t have your card with you, we will simply look you up in our system.

How do I find about new offers?
Any flash sales and special offers that we conduct will be promoted via email. If you don’t want to receive every email we send, you can opt to change the frequency of emails here:

I’ve lost my card! Can I have a replacement card issued?
You sure can! If your card becomes lost or damage, simply let our staff in store know and they can reissue your card for you. They will also disable your old card to keep your membership and personal details secure.
