SYNTHETIC – POLYESTER BALL TOPPERS
Pillow talk offer 3 weights of Polyester Ball Topper. The fill is measured by weight. The weight refers to how much a 1 metre square section of fill weighs in GSM (grams per square metre)
All of our polyester ball toppers are of baffle box construction which keeps the filling more even and neat looking. Toppers constructed in channels are not as comfortable and uniform because the fill naturally travels down to the bottom.

CARE OF POLYESTER BALL OVERLAYS
Safe to be used in conjunction with an electric blanket however the extra warmth emitted from the polyester fill may mean that you no longer require one.
While these toppers are machine washable the larger sizes and weights may be too large for some machines. We therefore recommend that you look at using an additional mattress protector which is easily removed for washing and airing your topper in the sun frequently to revive loft and freshness.

Please note that this item is classified as a bulky item as it exceeds the maximum dimensions for our standard carrier -

of alternative carriers so we will contact you within 24 hours
(business hours) with a price to have your order delivered. If the
freight quote is acceptable to you, you can proceed to the checkout and
make payment for your order. If it is unacceptable to you, you can
simply cancel the order at this time or contact us for further
information.
How long will delivery take?
If the stock is readily available we aim to dispatch orders within
2-7 days of receipt. Depending on where you live, delivery to most
areas of Australia you will take 2-5 working days via Australia Post. A
Pillow Talk employee will contact you should there be any delays.

You will receive a confirmation email.
If you have registered as a customer, you can login to see how your order is progressing
Once
your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an
email with the tracking ID number and link to where you can track your
parcel with Australia Post online.
A printed tax invoice will be included with your delivery. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for an exchange or refund within the following guidelines.
• You purchased the product in the last 14 days and have proof of purchase
• The product plus all its packaging and labels are in original condition and have not been washed, worn, used or damaged.
• For hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, we do not exchange or refund Quilts, Pillows, Toppers, Mattress and Pillow Protectors, Under blankets, Pet Beds or Mattresses (we ask that you please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase).
• Refunds are made in the same manner as the original payment.
Warranty
If an item supplied is defective or does not perform to its advertised description it may be returned, for exchange, repair, discount or refund provided it is within a reasonable time frame.
For Warranty Claims, we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount, refund or repair.
