We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return your purchase. We will provide you with an exchange or refund in any of our stores or via post. Please see below for the guidelines of this policy.

You have proof of purchase (Tax Invoiced included in your parcel)

The product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels and had not been washed, worn or used.
- For hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, we do not exchange or refund Quilts, Pillows, Toppers, Mattress and Pillow Protectors, Under blankets, Pet Beds or Mattresses. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.
Warranty
We will provide you with an exchange or refund either by return post or at any of our stores with a proof of purchase, under the following guidelines:

Has been wrongly described, Is different from a sample shown to you, or does not perform to its advertised description
For Warranty Claims, we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount, refund or repair.
Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid.
Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless it is being returned under warranty.
