Delivery fees:

Q. How much will my postage cost?
A. Enjoy $10.95 postage and packaging Nationwide for standard goods.

Q. Why am I being charged $49.00/$79.00 for my postage?
A. A small range of our goods fall into a bulky or oversize category. If this is the case the delivery charge will be displayed as per the information below:
Standard parcels (small, medium or large) AU$10.95 (incl. GST)
Big and bulky parcels AU$49.00 (incl. GST)
Over Size parcels AU$79.00 (incl. GST)

Q. Will I be charged delivery for a gift card purchase?
A. We do not charge for delivery of our Gift Cards when purchased as a single item.

Commercial Orders:

Q. I want to order bulk items for my business, what should I do?
A. Enquiries regarding commercial sales should be directed to our Commercial Sales Representative, Colleen De Costa:

On completion of your order:

Q. How will I know if my order has gone through correctly?
A.You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this please check your junk and spam mail boxes and If you are unsure if your order was completed successfully, please call 1800 630 690 or email our Customer Service team on customerservice@pillowtalk.com.au

Tracking your order:

Q. I've made an order am I able to track it?
A. If you have created a Pillow Talk account, you can login to see how your order is progressing by looking at your Order History.

For updated information regarding your order and how you can track it, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@pillowtalk.com.au alternatively call us on 1800 630 690 should you require further assistance. Please note our Customer Service team are able to respond to queries during business hours only. 

Q. I've received my tracking number but every time I go to look at it, it comes up 'Invalid Tracking ID'?
A. Unfortunately Australia Post can take up to 24 hours to show a valid tracking number reference. The tracking number or article ID, is not yet recognised by their system. Please wait a day or so and then try again. If you still are experiencing please contact our customer service team on the number provided above.

Invoice:

Q. Where can I find my tax invoice?
A. We will email you your order confirmation which will include your tax invoice. Please retain this as proof of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact Customer Services on 1800 630 690 or email customerservice@pillowtalk.com.au and we'll be more than happy to help.

Sending your order to a different delivery address:

Q. I want to send my order to an address other than my home address, how can I do this?
A. We are happy to dispatch your order to a different delivery address to the billing address. Kindly complete the different shipping details as you proceed to the checkout. We will email you a copy of the invoice for your records, so please retain this as proof of purchase.

Overseas Delivery

Q. I'm heading overseas and would love to have my Pillow Talk sent there. Is this allowed?
A. Although you can purchase via the website from anywhere in the world, you currently require a delivery address within Australia. We can however make exceptions. A quote for your goods to be sent overseas can be organised by our Customer Service team. Please email customerservice@pillowtalk.com.au or call 1800 630 690. The cost of delivery will depend on weight and size of the parcel. Please let us know what items you will be ordering so we are able to work out the delivery cost.
