Phone & Post

 

Phone one of 3 participating Melbourne metro stores and place your order with a team member. They will confirm stock availability and process your payment using card services. Your order will be packed and posted to your home with Australia Post. The staff will confirm an expected timeframe for receipt of order, in line with standard postal delivery services. Orders can be placed during store trading hours. Post will be calculated at time of order.

 

 

Phone & Deliver

 

Phone one of 28 participating stores and place your order with a team member. They will confirm stock availability and process your payment using card services. A courier will be ordered to deliver to your home. The expected timeframe for delivery will be within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

The cost for delivery is a flat fee of $9.95 to within a 36km delivery address from the store location fulfilling the order. The order must be no more than 22kg and be able to fit within a car. Large and heavy items outside of these parameters are not able to be delivered by this method and are collection only.

Phone one of the participating stores and place your order with a team member. They will confirm stock availability and prepare your order for you. Phone upon arrival outside the store, and our team member will bring the order to your car. You may pay during your call or tap your card at the car window. Sorry, no cash purchases. Available on all store trading days, with same day pick up.

Orders must be placed between 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday or 10am – 4pm on Sundays via phone at an eligible location. A list of eligible locations can be found above. Stock must be available at that store, no inter-store transfers will be possible. Delivery will occur within a 24hr window, excluding weekends and public holidays. A flat fee of $9.95 applies to all home delivery orders. Delivery address must be within 36kms of the store location and items being delivered must not exceed 22kg and must be able to fit within a car and carried by one person. Items outside these conditions will be available by pick up only.

 

In the event that no one is home to receive the parcel, it will be left at the delivery location.

 

We will courier to the address you provide to us and we cannot be responsible for the delay that will likely occur if those details are not correct in any way. If goods are returned to us because of an addressing error by you or non-collection, we may require you to pay a second delivery charge.

 

Subject to payment, property and risk of the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address you have nominated. Anyone at that nominated delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by us to be authorised to receive the goods.

 

If goods are damaged in transit (or are not received) please contact the store you placed your order with so we can advise the best way to send replacements and for you to return any damaged goods. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item and will require it to be sent back prior to a replacement being sent.
