            How much will my shipping cost?

            Enjoy $12.95 postage and packaging nationwide for standard sized orders. Please note that a small range of our products fall into a bulky or oversized category. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated during the checkout process, with details on charges below.

            How will my order be sent?

            Unless oversized, parcels are sent with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking details.

            How long will delivery take?

            Please note: Minor dispatch delays may occur as we move our warehouse to a new location, extending processing time from 1-3 business days to 5 business days for online orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

            We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Public Holidays) of receipt. Please note that we are a Brisbane based company, so depending on where you live, delivery to most areas of Australia will take 2-5 working days after dispatch (WA & NT may take 7-12 working days).

            Click & Collect is available in all Pillow Talk stores. With this free service, you can order by 12pm and collect any time after 3pm on the same day.

            We will provide you with an exchange or refund in any of our stores or via post if:

            • You have proof of purchase (either the Tax Invoice sent with your order confirmation or Packing Slip sent with your parcel).
            • You purchased the product in the last 30 days.
            • The product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels and has not been washed, worn or used.
