Payment options

All prices online are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We provide a variety of payment options for your convenience, including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX credit cards, Diners Club credit cards, e-gift cards, PayPal, PayPal – Pay in 4, Afterpay, ZipPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Please note, your card will be charged at the time of transaction. The name against the debit will appear as ‘Pillow Talk’ on your bank statement.

Payments may be rejected for several reasons. Please check the following prior to contacting our customer service team: 

  • The correct credit card number or gift card number has been entered 
  • The correct security number and expiry date has been entered
  • You have sufficient funds in the relevant account

If you are still having problems, please try an alternative payment method or contact our friendly Customer Service Team.

Credit Card

We take credit card security extremely seriously and always endeavour to provide a safe and secure platform on which to conduct Online transactions. Pillow Talk uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol which encrypts your credit card information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption scrambles details such as credit card number, billing details and delivery address so that generally, other computers are unable to decipher the information, ensuring privacy and security. To make sure you are accessing a secure server, check that the URL starts with HTTPS rather than HTTP and look for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol located generally either at the bottom left or top right of your browser window.

For payments by credit card we accept only Visa and MasterCard through Verified by Visa© and securecode© respectively. As a result, at Pillow Talk we only receive an authorisation code which is unique and not reusable and no credit card details are provided to us or held by us post transaction.


For our customers who prefer to shop with PayPal, we also accept online payments via PayPal.  Again, this form of payment is safe and secure with Pillow Talk and the payment details and transaction is handled and processed directly in the PayPal portal.

PayPal - Pay in 4

Buy now, pay later with PayPal – Pay in 4. Pay in 4 is a feature that lets you split your purchase into 4 payments, with the first instalment due at the time of transaction and 3 subsequent payments made every 2 weeks thereafter – all backed by Paypal. You can use Pay in 4 for eligible shopping carts valued between $30 to $2000.

Simply add your selection to your shopping bag, checkout and select Pay in 4 as your payment option and you will be redirected to the PayPal site to login. If eligible, simply select the Pay in 4 option under Pay Later. Repayments are made automatically from your PayPal account using the payment method you select. To use Pay in 4:

You must be an AU resident and have a PayPal account in good standing or open a PayPal account to apply. If you choose Pay in 4 as your payment method when you check out with PayPal, you will be taken through the application process. You’ll get a decision instantly but not everyone may be approved.


Pillow Talk has partnered with Afterpay to bring you a simple, interest-free payment plan.  Shop now, take home today and make 4 x interest free payments every 2 weeks. Simply add your selection to your shopping bag, checkout and select Afterpay as your payment option.

To create an Afterpay account you will need:

  • A Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • To be living in Australia

Afterpay is now offered in-store and online.

  • In-store purchases have a maximum amount of $800 per transaction.
  • Online purchases have a maximum amount of $1,200 per transaction.

Afterpay cannot be used to pay for gift cards or layby’s.

Pillow Talk is excited to offer Zip for your convenience.

Simply shop online as you usually would and select Zip as your payment option. Follow the prompts to create a Zip account and choose how you would like to pay back your balance from their flexible repayment choices.

To create a Zip Account you will need:

  • A valid email address and mobile number
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Have a good credit history

ZIP cannot be used to pay for gift cards or layby’s.

Zip is also available for in-store purchase. Simply create a Zip account and add your Zip card to Apple Pay or Google Pay to pay at checkout. For more detailed information about Zip, please see here.

Gift Card

If you have a Pillow Talk gift card you can also shop on our website.  If the denomination on your gift card is greater than the value of your shopping cart, the remaining balance will be left on your card.  If the denomination on your card is less than the value of the shopping cart, you'll be asked to pay the remaining balance via another payment method.  Both e-gift cards and physical gift cards can be redeemed in-store and online.

Once you have reached the ‘Shopping Cart’ at online checkout, enter the gift card serial number and PIN in the space provided, and select ‘Apply. Your gift card value will be automatically applied to your order.

You may split payments between a Gift Card and other payment methods. If you choose to split a payment, you must enter in your gift card information first. You can use up to FOUR  Gift Cards to make a purchase online. 

Apple Pay

Use Apple Pay for purchases in the Safari browser on your iPhone, iPad or Mac that are simple, safe, secure and private. You can skip through the checkout and pay with just Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Apple Pay is simple to set up by adding your eligible credit or debit card to the Wallet app on your iPhone - no extra app required.

Google Pay


Google Pay is a fast and simple way to pay using the cards saved to your Google Account. With Google Pay, you can check out without having to enter any payment information.
