Click me. Place your order online, select Click & Collect and your local store.
Confirm me. Look out for a text message on your mobile phone, plus an email to say your order is ready for collection. Your local participating store team will package up your order and have it ready for you at the counter.
Collect me. Pick up your order from your local store during store trading hours. Our friendly team will validate your identification and happily assist you. This is a free service.

When will my Click & Collect order be ready for collection?
We take immense pride in offering an excellent experience for all customers and will strive to have your order ready for collection at your nominated store on the same day, if ordered before 12pm. During peak periods, processing times may vary. Once your order is ready to be collected you will be notified via text message.
What do I need to provide to collect my order?
To collect your order, you will need to show staff a form of photo identification and the order confirmation email or text message.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, you can. If you would like to arrange for someone to collect your order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of your confirmation email or text message and can show photo identification.
Unfortunately, we are not able to release orders to third party drivers such as Uber, Air Tasker or carriers, due to fraudulent activity. If you are struggling to collect your order, please contact our Customer Care team to extend your pick up time.
What if a store is unable to fulfill my order?
In the unusual event a store is unable to fulfill your order, our customer care team will call your nominated phone number to organize collection from another store or for the items to be shipped to you. There may be delivery charges incurred based on the weight of the item.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
If you’d like to cancel your Click & Collect order, please contact our customer care team on 1800 630 690 as soon as possible.
How can I return my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect orders can be returned in-store or via our customer care team. Please call our customer care team on 1800 630 690 to begin the returns process.
How long will the store hold my Click & Collect order?
One you have received your confirmation text message to say your order is ready for collection, the store will hold your order for up to 7 days. If a store is closed for any reason, we will hold your order until the store reopens. If we are unable to make contact after this time, we will cancel the order and will issue a refund via your original payment method.
