All product reviews submitted to Pillow Talk, including any accompanying photos or videos, are subject to moderation through our third-party reviews provider, Bazaarvoice, before publication.

Reviews and accompanying content may not be published if they contain:

• Offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate language or imagery.

• Spam, advertising or promotional content.

• Personal or sensitive information, including contact details.

• Content unrelated to the product being reviewed.

• Fraudulent, misleading or otherwise inauthentic content.

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights or breaches applicable laws.

• Content that does not comply with our Customer Ratings and Reviews and Questions and Answers Terms of Use.

We welcome genuine feedback, whether positive, neutral or negative. Reviews are not rejected simply because they express dissatisfaction with a product.

We believe that sharing a range of honest customer experiences helps others make confident and informed purchasing decisions.

Customers are welcome to upload photos or videos alongside their product reviews to share their experiences and show how our products look and feel in their homes.

Any photos or videos submitted must be relevant to the product being reviewed and comply with our moderation guidelines. Customers should only upload content they own or have the necessary rights to share and should avoid including personal or sensitive information.

All submitted reviews are subject to the same moderation guidelines, regardless of whether the customer participates in a promotion.

Reviews, including any accompanying photos or videos, that meet our moderation guidelines may be published on the Pillow Talk website. Submission of a review does not guarantee publication.

Reviews are generally published within two to four business days, subject to moderation.

Pillow Talk may also respond to published reviews to provide assistance, address customer concerns or share additional product information.
