Delivery And Collection

Delivery Update: 21/04/2020

Please be reassured, the Pillow Talk team are fully staffed to deliver our same high standards for all online orders, but the current COVID situation has caused some challenges.

Our shipping provider is Australia Post who have advised they are presently experiencing some delays with the extremely high volume of deliveries. There is potential for up to 7 days delay, but they continue to be committed to delivering orders as fast as possible, so please be reassured your order is on its way and we’re here to help.

Delivery fees:

Flat $10.95 postage and packaging Nationwide for standard goods.
A small range of our goods fall into a bulky or oversize category. If this is the case the delivery charge will be displayed as per the below table on the website

Standard parcels (small, medium or large) AU$10.95 (incl. GST)
Big and bulky parcels AU$49.00 (incl. GST)
Over Size parcels AU$79.00 (incl. GST)

Delivery fees for Gift Cards:
We do not charge for delivery of our Gift Cards when purchased as a single item.

On completion of your order:

You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this please check your junk and spam mail boxes and If you are unsure if your order was completed successfully, please call 1800 630 690. or email our customer service team on customerservice@pillowtalk.com.au

Tracking your order:

For updated information regarding your order and how you can track it, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@pillowtalk.com.au alternatively call us on 1800 630 690 should you require further assistance. Please note our Customer Service team are able to respond to queries during business hours only. 


Please be aware that our parcels are sent E-Parcel with Australia Post so we are able to track all parcels for you. You will be required to sign to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office will leave a card to notify you that the goods can be collected from your nearest post office. We are unable to leave the item without a signature.
Delivery to Rural and Remote Areas:

Please note that normal Australia Post delivery procedures apply for customers living in rural and remote areas.  Should Australia Post not provide delivery service to your door it will be received in the usual manner,  whether that be via a roadside delivery, collection from your local Australia Post outlet or from a Post Office Box.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 0 - 5 days of receipt.  Please note that we are a Brisbane based company, so depending on where you live, delivery to most areas of Australia will take 2-5 working days after dispatch via Australia Post (WA & NT will take 7-12 working days). A Pillow Talk employee will contact you should there be any delays.


A tax invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.

Sending your order to a different delivery address:

We are happy to dispatch your order to a different delivery address to the billing address. Kindly complete the different shipping details as you proceed through the checkout.

Can I have my order posted overseas?

Although you can purchase via this website from anywhere in the world, you currently require a delivery address within Australia for shipping purposes.
