We are unable to process orders over the phone, however if you have a question about your order, you can call our friendly customer service team, who will be happy to assist you Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm AEST.

Email your order to us at email@example.com. Please provide product codes of what you require, the mailing address and your contact details. You will be contacted to arrange payment.
- Browse our product lines through the links Bedroom, Bathroom, Living, Kids and Trends pages and select your desired items by typing in the size and quantity required and clicking on “add to bag”.
- Once completed click on “view bag” to review your selections.
- Review your order and if correct, select Continue to checkout
- You will now be prompted to fill in your personal and delivery details, if you are a new customer please complete this form. Existing Pillow talk customers, log in using your username and password to retrieve your saved details.
- Once complete Click on “confirm order and pay now”.
- Select your payment method from either a secure credit card facility or PayPal.
- Your order is now complete, you will be emailed an order confirmation.
