Where and how can I use Zip?

You can use Zip in any Pillow Talk store and online. When shopping in-store, simply add your Zip card to your Apply pay or Google pay wallet and tap on the Eftpos terminal like you would with other payment methods. You can take you purchase with you and repay Zip as per your agreed terms. When shopping online, add all your items to cart as usual and select Zip at checkout. You’ll be redirected to either log in or create a Zip account and choose how you would like to pay back your balance from their flexible repayment choices. It’s that easy and your order will be shipped to you straight away.

What happens with returns, refunds and exchanges?

Items purchased with Zip online, can be returned for an exchange or refund as long as they meet the criteria of our Returns Policy. If you request a refund, once it has been processed, we will update Zip automatically. Zip will adjust your payment to reflect the new total order value.
