[WEBSHORTDESC]	Amuseables Collette Tarte Au Citron is a perfectionist where pastries are concerned. Her buttery base must be neat, her meringue swirl must sit just so and her lemon garnish must point precisely towards Paris. Each morning, Collette inspects the patisserie with a tiny clipboard and a very serious expression. Too sweet? Back to the kitchen. Not enough zest? Start again. A wonky swirl? She will need a moment. Naturally, Collette awards herself first prize every time. Quality control is hungry work.
